Meet Laurett

Dr. Laurett Arenz is a dynamic and accomplished professional with a heart for helping others succeed. As a Financial Advisor, former Mrs. America, child advocate, certified Color Code Communication Consultant, HERO’S Strategies Productivity Coach, and John Maxwell-certified leadership trainer, she wears many hats with grace and purpose.

Growing up at the base of the Rocky Mountains in a family of 11, Laurett learned early on the value of hard work and excellence. For over 30 years, she has been empowering entrepreneurs and professionals to achieve their sales, marketing, health, financial planning, and personal growth goals. Dr. Laurett Arenz earned her Bachelor’s in Psychology from BYU, a Master’s in Business Communication, and a Doctorate in Strategic Leadership from Liberty University School of Business Leadership and Management. A deep commitment to leadership development backs Laurett’s expertise. Her research focuses on leading with humility and building strong, high-performing teams in a rapidly evolving world.

Since 2005, Laurett and her husband, Dave, have hosted a popular national financial services radio show, serving over 2,500 clients. Her book, The RAFT Strategy: Your Retirement Approach Free of Tax and Other Safe Investing Secrets, has helped thousands achieve financial independence. Beyond their professional pursuits, Laurett and Dave are proud parents of seven married children and delighted grandparents to 20 grandkids. They split their time between Cape Coral, Florida, and Cedar Hills, Utah, cherishing family and making a difference in the lives of others while enjoying life’s journey together.
